By downloading, installing, or using the Sunday AI mobile application ("App") or accessing the Sunday website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the app.

2. License and Open-Source Components

Sunday is provided for free as an on-device application. The underlying large language model, Google Gemma 4 (2.5B parameter variant), is distributed under the Google Gemma Additional Terms of Use. By using Sunday, you agree to comply with Google's Gemma model licensing rules and guidelines, including constraints on prohibited usage cases.

3. Disclaimer of AI-Generated Output

You acknowledge that all text, translations, summaries, answers, calculations, and explanations returned by Sunday are generated algorithmically by the local LLM. Large language models can produce incorrect information, hallucinations, or biased results. You should verify any critical information, medical, financial, or legal advice before relying on it. The creators of Sunday assume no liability for the accuracy, truthfulness, or usefulness of outputs generated by the local model.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that promotes illegal activity, severe violence, hate speech, harassment, self-harm, or child exploitation. All generation runs offline on your personal machine, and you are solely responsible for keeping your inputs and generations lawful.

5. No Warranties

The App and website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the creators or contributors of Sunday be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
